    We begin every project with a free consultation and site inspection to understand your needs and provide tailored recommendations.

  • Quotation & Agreement:
    After consultation, you will receive a detailed quotation outlining project scope, timeline, and costs. A signed agreement is required before work commences.

  • Payment Terms:

    • 60% upfront payment before work starts

    • 40% final payment upon project completion and client satisfaction

  • Timelines & Deadlines:
    We aim to complete projects within agreed timelines. If any delays occur, we will communicate promptly and work diligently to stay on schedule.

  • Material & Installation:
    We use only high-quality materials and certified techniques for all installations. All materials used remain our responsibility until final handover.

  • Client Responsibilities:

    • Provide access to the site during installation.

    • Communicate any special requests or concerns in writing.

    • Ensure other contractors (if any) do not interfere with our work.

  • After-Service Support:
    We provide a 1-year warranty for installations and a free after-service inspection within the first year.
